Fora Southwark Bridge Road

Fora is one of the UK’s largest serviced office providers. Bridgegate Electrical’s brief was to take Fora’s stage three design through to completion. The project was split between two adjacent buildings with a phased construction period – building 241 was completed before moving on to building 251. All new lighting was installed to Fora’s specifications to ensure brand image consistency throughout its multiple sites. Six weeks into the build programme the UK entered a lockdown due to COVID-19. This unprecedented situation was managed by implementing COVID-secure working practices, staggered working hours on-site and extension of the work programme to ensure the project could be delivered in a safe and compliant manner.
