Atkins had a new facility built at its Epsom Campus to replace its original offices that had reached the end of their serviceable life. We were to inherit a CAT A installation and the brief from the client was to design, build and advise on all the required elements to take the space to CAT B ready for Atkins to occupy. As the building was brand new, new products and systems had to be learned about and understood in a short time frame to meet the client’s PC date. Bridgegate Electrical worked closely with Atkins, attending weekly workshop meetings to ensure that the design met the client’s expectations and that any changes could be implemented as quickly and efficiently as possible.
